Day 10 -- 9/18/19

The Homeless Chronicles

Another day, another $0.50... or $1.50, in this case, as I worked an extra day this week.  Still homeless, stil trying to make sense of everything that has happened to us thus far.  It's so easy for people to talk about charging their phone, or not talking about it, for that matter.  Whichever.  It's just automatic.  Me, I have to consciously think about it all the time.  Otherwise, my alarm won't go off, or I won't even know what time it is.  I tried charging up my laptop, and that didn't turn out so well.  I did not have the chance, or the time, to finish doing so.  How else is a homeless blogger going to write when she does not have the right tools to do so?  Writing in a notebook is one thing, but that ends up being called a journal.

Writing, in general, is, in itself, something wonderful, regardless of whether or not anyone else reads it.  In my personal opinion, I would rather spread the word about any progress I may write about.  It has been therapeutic and I can only hope that my words can reach those that are struggling with things themselves and give them some hope.  My belief is that writing this blog can become a good habit amongst all the bad habits that I've acquired in my short time alive on this big ball of dirt.
