Day 11 -- 9/19/19
Holy shirt, did it get cold by the end of the night!
The Homeless Chronicles
Holy shirt, did it get cold by the end of the night! I was definitely not expecting this. It wasn’t even gradual.. It was a significant drop. It took a lot to get to sleep being so cold in our “resting” place. Layers of blankets like usual, but then I was wearing long leggings, a tank top, a t-shirt, my hoodie, the hubbeast’s fleece jacket, which he outgrew, his winter hat, my grey gloves, and a pair of socks. Even then, I was still cold. Not fun for me, cause I can’t sleep when I am cold. I can’t sleep when I am too hot either, but that is besides the point.
Anywho, it was an interesting day. I was actually able to enjoy my day off. I slept in, then headed over to Arby’s to chill out and use the wi-fi and outlets to do some much needed charging of my phone and other various electronics. I am always having to fight with the hubbeast for outlet space, so I was lucky I was able to do what I needed to do without conflict. I was able to retool the look of the blog too, and now it looks like a million bucks. And I was able to update the post counts from all the times I had to write in a notebook what I wanted to write but couldn’t because I was not near an outlet and the laptop didn’t have much juice left. It was nice and quiet and I liked not having the distraction, other than people I know coming up to talk to me.
After all the updating and such, I was able to do some much needed YouTube vid viewing. It relaxes me, and it gives me ideas on how I want to do my channel. Still working on that sitch, as I am still not sure how to go about it. I really want to have that channel and spread the crazy throughout the universe, but I am stuck, and I really do not like being stuck. Not fun.
In any case, after finishing up what I needed to do, I met up with the hubbeast at Dunkin’ again, as per usual, sat down with a coffee, and just chilling out with the homies. It was weird though. There was a new (well, new to me, anyway) associate working there, and there was an issue that arised between Chey and that associate, so much so that that other associate called the cops. I am not a big fan of confrontation, so I am glad that a lot of us skedaddled before the cops showed up. Honestly, she did alright by me, as I had ordered 10 glazed chocolate munchkins (in honor of my birthday) along with coffee, and she gave me all the rest of them, which made some good eating later, come midnight.Yeah, I know this was a long entry, but I had a lot to say, and I am happy I got it all out. Now onto the next day and that may bring.
