I Forgot to Take My Pill

I really should know better.  I have the worst case of insomnia I have had in a long long time.  Knowing that, I should have taken my "pill."  When I can't sleep, I take a supplement called melatonin, which you can find over the counter at any pharmacy, grocery store or Wal-Mart.  It has helped me when I knew that I would have trouble sleeping.  And normally I would remember it, but I was working on my website and completely forgot.  Yes, I still have it.  I need to work on it again to get it updated.  Good thing I'm not working tomorrow...wait, it's already tomorrow.  Oh noes.  Anyways.  So advice to anyone who has trouble with not being able to sleep on some nights, go get melatonin.  I personally use the maximum strength, which is usually 5 mg.  But with taking it, you don't know how long it would be to kick in.  So you literally have to take it at the right time so you can fall asleep promptly.  And like an idiot, I forgot to take it earlier.  So I may have a chaotic night ahead of me.  I guess it sucks to be me at the moment.
